Lucy Developments Shortlisted for the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards 2019
Lucy Developments are pleased to announce that our recently finished development Halliday Lane has been shortlisted for the 2019 Oxford Preservation Trust Awards in the categories of New Building and Small Projects.
The award looks at all new buildings and developments that demonstrate exceptionally good design. The projects must show their contribution to Oxford’s character, streets and green spaces especially in the effort in conserving the best of Oxford’s past and help create a positive future for the city.
Halliday Lane presented a unique opportunity and challenge to create a balanced mix of new homes within the curtilage of the Old Manor House, a prominent Grade II listed 16th Century Farmhouse, whilst protecting the views to and from the Old Manor House.
We look forward to hearing the results at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards Evening 2019 on the 5th of November.
