On 15th February 2019, we opened a new Technology & Services Centre (TSC) in Vadodara, India. The Centre houses teams of hardware and software engineers supporting Lucy Electric’s Research & Development (R&D) and customer engineering activities.
It is a key pillar of Lucy Electric’s R&D and engineering capability, supporting the principal technology centre in Thame, UK, which directs and oversees Lucy Electric’s global engineering function.
In addition to the engineering teams, the TSC is home to Lucy Group’s global Servicedesk, providing Information Services support to the entire Group on a 24/7 support basis to all of our locations around the world.
